    **Intel E7300 batch#/VID results**

    well it seems that there is not one of these threads up yet and I have all the free time in the world so I'll start it. My 7300 has not came in yet but feel free to submit on here so that others will know good batches. here is how I would like the submissions posted:

    I'm slowly clocking my e7300 at the moment. Currently it's at 3.6Ghz with 1.385V in the BIOS, which results in 1.335V under load using Intel Burn Test.

    I probably have one of the earliest chips, a Q743B, and it's certainly not going to be a stunning overclocker. However, I should reach 3.8-4.0Ghz.

    that thread is generalized int the wolfdale category, I wa thinking more chip specific, like the 700 thread the 8600 thread, etc.

    k guys with E7300's postem up! lets help newer buyers know what theyshould and shouldnt buy. me and roadie have the first batch of these chips and my vid is the max so it's not looking good fo the E7300's.

    ok so now all the sudden after slapping it in my P35 it says my VID is 1.15? wtf?on both coretemp and realtemp

    bump from the past! i just got an e7300, batch 3833B013, which is really strange because it does not start with Qxxx but a number. anyone else with batches starting with numbers? pack date is 11/25/08

    I just got one but sold it the batch # is Q824A519 VID of 1.10v newer batch= lower VID wich is strange, I was able to hit 4.5V 1.450V whitefiredragon thats not your batch that is is your MM#

    i gues there aren't many user interested with this E7xxx series ,
    i bought it 2 months ago, its tray and i didnt even see the batch number on it, i wasnt planning to overclock, but once i saw the VID.. its 1.1250,... well, why not see its ocing capability

    3.8 1.264v

    I too got a e7300 with batch number starting with a 3. That means it's assembled in Costa Rica. Its from 08/08, IIRC. Vid is 1.15, I think. It's quite an overclocker. It does 3.7ghz with just 1.28v, 8hs Linx (IBT) stable.

    Hi,
    got my e7300 last week, I didnt look at the batch,
    However, the batch number ont eh box is 3835A223,
    So far I think it clocks rubbishly, (both of the testing volts in my sig arent fully stable, they were at one point, but not now, I tihnk the board might have a little vdroop, or something
