p4c800-e deluxe droop mod

i use to have an asus p4p800-e deluxe and with my brand new asetek waterchill water cooling kit, experimenting with it i brought my 3.2 prescott up to 3.8 gig having shutdowns very often and not been able to overclock more because of voltage problems. Now i upgraded to a brand new p4c800-e deluxe and reading reviews i found out about its voltage problem, and also its solution i wonder if someone can show me step by step on how to do this droop mod, from where i need to solder to what i need to buy.

You need either a 50K VR set to 28K ohms, or use a 27K+1K fixed resistors in a series.

You want a total resistance of 28k ohms, regardless of how you do it.

You can solder either to the green dots, OR the blue dots. Choose one, but dont do both.

Malves site is down at the moment.

This is a 50K VR. You may be able to buy them where you live. Other than that, you will have to order them from a web site like that one.
