Run that Memtest for ~30 passes and we'll have more reliable results.

btw. Unrealcpu, is there a script bug in your sig?
You were not supposed to see this.

Nice! 285 would be great if it's still windows stable. Can I ask when and where you got these? I just picked up the last 2 sticks Newegg had (they were off the site over the weekend until sometime today) so hopefully I will have some decent results.

they are rated at 3-4-4-8 @ 2.8v i've had mine up to 3.0v with active cooling. The extra voltage didnt do anything for me though.

    2GB of memory at 285MHz 1t.
Sure it won't win any world records, it just does everything smooth as butter.
That bandwidth trumps the heck out of my TwinMOS at 2t, + doesn't need tons of volts + no cold boot problems = the win.

This is the old Ballistix Tracer. From what i understand tracer is only ddr2 now.

    thanks for responding.
    1. it is a newer version. but as you can see it is the same spec.
    2. no tracer series with LED in pc4000. tracer series pushed up to DDR2.
they are not making pc4000 ballistix tracer with LED beyond the size of
512mb (1gb kit) and that too when they are gone, they are gone, being older
version. means they are not making 2gb kit tracer series with LED. however
they are making it in DDR2.

So I guess if you have tracers and have to rma them they will send you non tracers heh.

    These sticks are 1T

Yes these are at 1T dual channel ram. 2x1gb balistix tracers

I too got the last 2 sticks from newegg this past thursday for $178 bucks

Here is 12x283 HT 3.4 gighertz memtest #5 for 20 min

Perfectly stable and could go for more but i am going to wait awhile since the room im in is kinda hot and it doesnt have good AC.

My 4x512 gskil GH ram at 2T didnt do 200fsb 1/1 and wasnt stable at all using that ratio .. currently being rmaed.

    Here is a update

    THIS RAM ROCKS

Are you able to figure out what settings/timings give you the best bandwith at 1T? Also what voltage at 283?

    Would they run 295htt 1T at 3-4-3 or 3-4-4?

keep in mind that many people report that less voltage = better. don't automatically assume it's gonna like a lot like the rest of the micron chips

that said, good work. mind showing an a64tweaker shot to show what settings you're using?
Got a fan over those memory sticks? No? Well get to it before you kill them

Run a SuperPi 32m. That will show stability. I can run memtest at 295+ with my ballistix. I can boot to windows at 295+ I cant run super pi 32m though
