Have an abit IT7 that got bios hung when saving settings with bad memory in it. I hear that award flash has a switch that will allow a forced flash on a different mobo. I've googled it, but can't seem to find it.
Anyone know the switch command for awdflash.exe 8/27/02? I've got a link »
www.cybertechhelp.com/html/tutorials/t.. for Award flash typical switches, but they don't show one for a forced flash.
What I plan on doing is using a bios saviour on another board, switching to the blank flash chip, forcing a flash of the IT7 bios on it, installing the bios saviour in the IT7, then reflash the original flash chip. Should work, but I dunno....
