I would be more willing to chalk up the bus width mistake to the fact that GPUz has yet to be updated to accomodate the newer cards.
If this was AFTER a new GPUz update for the 6800 series, then I agree it is fake, but when the card doesn't even show up as the 6870 (meaning GPUz is not updated) its a good chance the card, and the benchmark, is real.

That bench run has nothing going for it at all... it tells us nothing.
It's CPU bottlenecked (SM2 score is in the toilet) and the PCI-E is at x8. What a waste of time.
3DMark06 Is a completely pointless Benchmark for todays cards. It is almost 100% CPU limited nowadays.
A Vantage score or any actual game score would be much more useful. Even a Crysis benchmark is much more useful than this.
Plus it's not like its hard to spoof the name of your card in the driver .inf file.
