Insulation on the accumulator would be nice, maybe a proper vibration loop on the high side to the condensor from comp. Case would be a good thing too.?

I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that the unit pictured in no way shape or form has anything to do with Don. Secondly look where the unit is located in the details. Don lives in PA. Unless you know for sure do not blame that shoddy piece of @#$! on anyone.

We are running out of builders in the US of A. Maybe it was a maple syrup drinking Canadian? The location of the ebay store doesn't necessarily mean the original builder is located in NY.

well does not look like something i have ever seen as well the loaded temps on that are not very low for being that big of a compressor and condensor i have got better temps and load handling from alot smaller parts so i would think that this system could do better if setup better. as well as the price for the $800 u should get alot more like a case, temp display and stuff like that. as the last system i sold was $1000 but it had a case controller and held 300 watts at -34c
