    CSX "Value" 1333CL9 3x2GB kit (56,6k warning)

    First some pic..

Well, they look like any other D9KPT kit, except that they are heatspreader free.. which is nice. (tough.. Crucial Value is heatspreader free too).

    Ok, now some OC screens..

    2000MHz CL9 @1.81V

    1600MHz CL7 @1.79V

    1500MHz CL6 @1.95V

It didnīt boot on anything higher than this on CL6. Bit dissapointment, I hoped for 1600 CL6, but still better than nothing.

I know these are not breathtaking results (I was just playing with that.. maybe bit more serious OC in future.. but my C0 doesnīt allow too high uncore).
Iīve reached 2100CL9, but forget to take screen. Not much important, I guess that all knows how much they can expect from D9KPT.
Nice thing is, that it cost me just 99EUR, which is nice considering I can run them at almost any speed. It would be better if someone had D0 i7, C0 sux a bit at this..

I hope that you enjoyed this very short report. Comments/hints welcomed.

If anyone was curious - CSX stands for Compustocx (located here Compustocx GmbH Germany)

Easy to get them in EU, not sure about rest of the world.. Yea and word of warning, future kits can be other D9 than this.. (or not D9 at all..).

Actually D9KPT should be better (at least their number says that). But its pretty much same.. I was just "toying" with it.. Iīll try something serious.

    2000MHz CL8 @ 2.0V (yea thats bit high.. I wouldnīt recommand that for 24/7)

Thanks for sharing. I have seen some great OC report for KPT chips, but most of them need really high Vidmm. How do they perform with 1.65 VDimm? That's what I think the safe voltage is for daily use.

Actually "safe" voltage is anything thats within [uncore or VTT voltage + 0,5V = max safe vDIMM]. Theres person which runs D9GTR at 2.25V and VTT/uncore set to 1.75V .. 24/7 OC. As long as difference is 0.3 - 0.5V .. you are fine. Other thing is how much can PWM and uncore withstand.. we will see in future I guess.

D9KPT are not much for 1.65V ... I think its stable only at 1600 CL9 or so.. higher needs bit more voltage. I donīt worry about it, cause uncore of my CPU needs voltage boost to keep any memory at 1600+ .. so this mem kit actually helped me, cause now I can run it on higher voltage. Plus is much more easier to OC with it..

If you want highspeced KPT, theres OCZ Blade 2000MHz CL9, maybe few others.

    I run this kit 24/7 @ 1600MHz 8-8-8-20 T1 @ 1.75V vDIMM and 1.45V uncore/VTT.

Cool, seems that AMD needs less volts.. probably due dual-channel. They must be pretty good for AMD. Have you tried CL6? It should be possible.. Maybe not at 1600, but around 1400-1500.
