what go with, server 08r2, win7 ulti or ent

i cant decide what to go with, ive narrowed it down to server08 r2 enterprise, or win7 ulti or enterprise.

windows7 is nice since it work out of the box, but it has no hyperv and its more cluttered. but then the win7 ulti or ent will boot from vhd so i can just boot and make a virtual OS and just use them one at a time

Ultimate is awesome.hyperv however is very tempting....

i decided for win7 enterprise, its a little cleaner than ulti and i can always boot to vhd for hyperV

keeping my games and test bed files separate
