That subject is a little Taboo... If they didn't sign a NDA, their supplier did. In saying where it came from, it could be tracked back and, well, that would just be bad for everyone.

Why 275 bclock? 
For DDR3 2200 can go with 183.

Yeah,it's BIOS related.Gigabyte recently update (for Gulftown)BIOS.

Still the corsair H50 with a little cold air (10-12 degrees) just to see how the cooler responds on that.
Now testing with a true + sanyo denki fan, see if there is some difference.

Indeed but they seem to die easely above 1.55 , and sub 8 it will be easy if i was running XP.
