Confirmed: Feser 1 Blue Premix + GTZ = do NOT want
Well guys, I tore permafrost's guts up tonight because the Blue Feser 1 had lost its color and my CPU temps were terrible; here is a log of what I found.
drained liquid  NOT blue
That particulate crap in the liquid is blue 
looks O.K. from here....
I cringed after removing this rotary - looks like corrosion an that part is still being sorted in a bath of vinegar before I know for sure. the stuff on the toothpick is from the 45.
 
You know that feeling you get when you know something is gonna be really bad? I has it.
Yeah, its worse than I thought. thats not a problem with the color in the picture, its actually pitch black goop and grime. 
Here is what the base looked like after I rinsed it with water and scraped at it with a toothpick. everything you see there is a hard plaque-like substance. In the top right corner (where the injector barb is I presume) the "plaque" is almost a milimeter thick.
I pick at it with a small flathead screwdriver, it takes a LOT of gauging to get it all off.
Here's how I cleaned the base after taking pics. Take a guess what that stuff is - I'll give you a hint, its not barbecue sauce....

Its clean..... finally after a half hour of scrubbing and scraping.
looks a lot better than the first pic i took looking into the block eh?
A few notes about the incident:
-This machine was crunching 24/7 (60C load all day and night) for at least a month before I noticed the clogging via higher temps.
-The loop has a mosfet block after the outlet. this block will be rinsed tomorrow, I looked in with a flashlight and didnt see any gunk.
-This was new style bottle Feser one Premix coolant of the standard blue color.
- My only conclusion to come to is that it is NOT ok to use this Feser ONE coolant at high sustained temperatures!

BTW, black coating on copper is pretty normal but that isn't just that, there is something else on there too. WTF barbs.

wow, so the GTZ is like the perfect filtration system. I should use that on my fish tank.

I dunno ... I'm not saying it isn't the Feser One. Mine has been in place with the GTZ for over 4 months ... running mostly 24/7. But, there is nothing else in the loop. My temps at load are in the 55 degree range. I'll keep an eye on it and report back.

Ouch! I should have taken some pics of my recently rebuilt loop, over six months months running distilled + 10% green antifreeze and everything was shining like new! I found what looked like a tiny piece of paint or delrin caught in my cpu block and nothing else.

What I'd like to know is why the gunk seems concentrated exclusively in the GTZ, and is worst BEFORE it hits the pin-grid. Something to do with the impingement region? That doesn't happen in a mosfet block, which might explain it's (apparent) cleanliness.

the premix's are supposed to contain all of that stuff.

That is nasty. Let us know how everything else looks. It is weird that its not blue though, its black and after only a month.
I've had the Feser 1 black coolant in mine for a week now and no problems, but I haven't been loading it down yet. I would like to start doing some crunching and folding here soon, so any more info on this would be great.

yeah guys, I get up at 630am for work every day so I only have a little time each night to do things; I will thoroughly rinse the rads and setup a pump loop through the mosfet block alone to make sure its clear of gunk.
It was really bad, and as I said in my conclusion in the OP I'm almost sure the 24/7 crunching @ 60C had a major role in the cause of this crap separating.

Simple, it backed up in the grid first and worked its way back towards the entrance and started building up more and more from there.
Here is another vote for colored tubing, silver antimicrobial, and no additives at all.
