have a problem on msi x58 pro-e mb .
when i set 21x multi on i7 920 - it`s ok .. in idle , but when i run any cpu application multi drops to 20 . when idle it`s again 21 .
it`s kind of antiturboboost from msi ...
bios 8.7
with xeon E5520 - same situation (18 drops to 17)
