Do not use ephedrine!
I say that to you as a friend.
Many have died from using this product.
I can not stress strongly enough this point.

Thanks for your concern
What's the disadvantage of using it ? I just used for short term ... not for long term ...
Others supplement like Whey, Creatine, L-Glutamine ...
Yeah everything in this world nothing good ...

See my other post for reasons why ephendrine sucks.
And I would stay away from creatine too. Not for health reasons, but it makes you gain more weight than chandler on "friends".
Personally I'd go with a combination of adderall, running, and core excersises. Med balls if you have a partner or a wall.
OH and don't forget some heavy
Lynnfield benching...

Let's see some heavy benchmarking on those processor. Can't wait to see some results.
Also as mentioned don't use Ephedrine but from what I can see from that Xenadrine bottle it says "EPHENDRINE FREE". He should be ok
.
All in moderation except for the processors..you rape those cpu's and let us know the results.

When it's running use HWiNFO32 (latest build), it has preliminary HVN/LFD/AUB/CFD and IBX support
I don't think any other sysinfo tool does it by now...
