    i650 SLI motherboards

I can't seem to find much other then a few reviews about any of these boards, just looking for more advice as i'm stuck on what one to buy.

    ABit Fatal1ty FP-IN9 SLI

    MSI P6N SLI-FI

    ASUS P5N-E SLI

I would like to keep the price down, the i680 is too expensive for me. I know ASUS makes a dual 16x pci express mobo of i650 but that too is really expensive, I"ll probably have dual 8600 GT in there.

Dual-core, the P5N-E SLI is a nice board. I got up to 490fsb on my E6400, but that's as far as the chip itself would go, so it's possible it could have gone further.

If you're going quadcore, don't even consider any of the 650i boards. They will all have a fsb wall around 333fsb.

    yup P5N-E SLI
but you have to do the vcore pencil mod or your gunna get massive vdroop
and the bios voltage setting isnt what it really is so the vcore pencil mod is a must.
after the pencil mod 1.3 will equal like 1.35 w/ zero droop.
1.45 = like 1.5+ so you have to be careful what you set it to.

One word of advise, replace the stock heatsink with an active aftermarket or place a fan on the stock.
