Max voltage for 667mhz value kit???

Hello. I have a pair of 512mb corsair value 667 5-5-5-15, that overclocks very well to 1000mhz 5-4-4-14 2.3v, prime stable. But is this vltage too high for benchmarks? for 24/7 I use it @ 800mhz 4-4-4-14 2.0v... is this too high for 24/7 use???

Thanks

The warranty covers up to 2.1v which is fine for 24/7 usage.
