    x6800+Abit IN9 32 MAX+8800GTS SLI= wr 3d01,03,05

    Hi man,
ThuG is back and this time with 2 our friends: qballe and gandalfone
This time we wanted to do some 3d action with the two 8800GTS and the Abit IN9 taken by gandalfone.

    Here the config

    -Core 2 Duo x6800
-Abit IN9 32 MAX (no mod)
-2x1 Gbyte TeamGroup Xtreem PC 5300
-Nvidia 8800 GTS SLI (stock cooling)
    -PC P&C 1Kw

    wr 3d 01

    wr 3d 03 (18th Hall of Fame)

    wr 3d 05 (7th Hall of Fame)

    3d 06

Very surprised by the Abit, very stable and even with a little drop problem it run@1,925V on the cpu for over 4 hours without crashes and freeze; hope with new bios to reach higher fsb frequencies

    for more pics

At the end we decided to try some superPi action with an Asus Commando but we had lot of troubles going over 5300mhz
So we took the same p5b that did 8Ghz on the p4 631 and start playing (os no tweaked)

at this point we wanted to tweak the OS and go up but when we were doin SuperPi@5500...

The Ln2 finished...so we will try next time, with new vga and motherboard

    Work in progress

Nice results, but WR 01, 03 and 05?

I assume you mean WR for 8800GTS cards?

Why is it that so few people include a screen with Rivatuner or some similar program to show cardclocks?

The pics on the second post aren't working for me.

I'd love to see the cards meeting the coldness, keep up the great stuff!
