Nf-M2 nview wont start

i just got an abit NF-M2 nView with a sempron 3000+ and im using 4 x 256mbs of corsair value select. now the problem is any time i hit the power it turns on for a few seconds and then turns off ive reset the cmos a few times and tried a different power supply. I tried the memory in another computer and it works fine so which is broken the cpu or the motherboard?
