    Talking "It has started"......Teasing pics.....

    Hi there.....As title says.....

    Testing to find the max 3D benchable frequency....
    So far - so good....

    System:

    CPU = Core 2 Duo X6800.
    Motherboard = ABIT AW9D-MAX - Modded.
    VGA = ATI X1900XTX SINGLE at 702MHz core and 891MHz rams.
    PSU = a. Zippy 700W, b. Enermax 550W and c. Superflower 420W.
    Rams = 2 x 512MB Corsair 8000UL - Fatbodies chips.
    EXTRA = DDR Maximizer powering the rams.
    CPU Cooling = Controled LN2 at -155*C
    VGA Cooling = Default heatsink
    Northbridge cooling = Swiftech heatsink with a Delta 4 x 4cm fan at 10000rpms
    VCore = 1.91Volts, Vdimm = 2.78Volts, VMCH = 2Volts, Vfsb = 1.65Volts
    OTHERS = STILL testing - those benchies where done very fast

    Teaser 1 .....

    Teaser 2 .....

    The 3D benching frequency you see it's for 2k3, 2k5, 2k6 benching......For 2k1, it can bench @ ~5300MHz

    hexus-Pi fast.....

    TheLab-Pi fast....

    Super-Pi 1M just testing it.....

    The time for 3D Benching has come.......I'll be back.....

    can't wait to see more, great work

    What's exactly the difference between the Hexus Pi-Fast and the TheLabs Pi-Fast?

    I see what I see, and you see what you see. I can't make you see what I see, but I can tell you what I see is not what you see. Truth is, we see what we want to see, and what we want to see is what those around us see. And what we don't see is... well, conspiracies.

    George: Watching you post is like sitting down with a good book..
    Every page is a joy!
    Question: on cpuz, the chip is identified as a X6900?
    Did I miss something?
    I thought the C2D's only went to the 6800's or an error on cpuz?

    Thanks my friend.......

    This is because the cpu-z reads the multiplier you have and shows what it should be...If I change the multiplier and put it at x9, it'll show that it's an 6600 CPU.....In the midle though, it shows exactly what it is....

    Looks like this rig is being primed for November 8th. VGA = ATI X1900XTX SINGLE at 702MHz core and 891MHz rams = placeholder for some NDA cards you already have in hand?
    Sourcing parts for a mildly over clocked abacus.

    First benchies will take place with ATI X1900 and X1950 VGA cards...These benchies will be a "GOODBYE" to ATI for their support to me(us)
    .....Afterwards we will see.....

    5300Mhz is a nice cpu speed for benching 3d

    Should be a good send off for Ati ... looking forward to results.

    I would guess K|ngp|n, Shamino and Hipro will all be putting up some G80 lovin come November

    Regards
