    For PSC 2400 CL7, are you running in dual or quad channel? 2GB sticks?

    i think you are asking the wrong person about safety limits, but

    when pushing max freq on psc i use 1.85v
    when pushing max freq on hynix i use 1.73v
    when pushing max freq on hypers i use 1.90v
    when pushing max freq on others i typciallu use 1.70v

    better than hypers actually

    was at 2400, load elpida hyper profile, change tccd to 10 meaning CL7-10-7-21-1T, set 1.76v dram.
    havent tried to push more than 2400 yet, but now you got me interested too.

    Just wow! Awesome modules and sure as hell an awesome IMC.

    Already tried to hurt my 3960X with some memory frequencies, but I can't get it beyond 2400 CL10. Are some IMCs really that bad? Tried 1,35+ Volt VTT but no chance yet ...

    I get a 00 after a 25. Is that also a sign for a weak imc? But I couldn't update to your BIOS version ("Selected file is not an efi bios"), so I am still on 070b. But I will try 075b from here.

    Edit: Same thing with BIOS 075b - "Selected file is not an efi bios". 070b file is in the same directory and works without any problems.

    Not logical to be after the 25, must be after the b1, then yes, the imc is maxed out

    Format your flash drive to FAT32 and then try flashing UEFI again, should fix it

    I tried again from scratch and now I get the b1 => 00. Temperature is at -20 to -30 °C, VTT at 1,35 V, VCSA at 1,25 V. 2133 no problem, 2400 (by bclock and strap) no chance at all. Even at CL11. Any ideas or no chance at all?

    Raja, thanks, that solved it. As the older BIOS worked, I thought this could not be the solution.

    no chance, try going warmer at '25'. i think prolly you can do higher ram speeds at 10c or so
    you sound like you;re on phase so switch off your phase unit try passing the 'b1' period at different temps by resetting and warming up.

    0 °C => b3
    5 °C => b5
    10 °C => b7
    > 15 °C boots with 2400 MHz. But IMC has to be kept warm otherwise the system crashes immediately.

    Thanks for your help!

    Definitely takes the binned set to do 2400 CL9 1T

    The 2133 may be able to do it at CL10 but defintiely not 9
