IQ wise both look pretty good on my thinkpad (TN panel I think). The second one looks like the camera got bumped, I really like the first, but I think you're right about the iso being a little on the high side. Also it has some random dude screwing it up :p

ISO was left at 6400... doh!
Was trying to capture a glimpse of the milky way right before I took those 2 shots, should've checked, but wasn't "allowed" to ( guy screwing the 1st pic was kissing his girl... and that caused my girl to exhibit the same activity, distracting me and probably bumping the camera here and there)
Gotta revisit soon.
