I'm sure it has the potential to be a cool movie, it just aint Max Payne.

Max Payne is the best game ever. Let them bring out part 3 and get this movie business over and done with. It will be like watching a good book being made into a film, crap.

Its got a guy named Max Payne and its got bullet time, but then how the hell do you skip on the storyline?

Thats Hollywood for you, and they wonder why Game>Films conversions dont work.

All negative points a side this looks like a good movie. I belive thats Marlyn Manson doing the soundtrack? Its going to be a good movie but it wont be a Max Payne movie.

    It was Valkyrie.

I think that was the name of the drug that was running rampant in the first, not exactly true to the source material though.

I am looking forward to the movie, but the casting kinda sucks. Marky mark just doesn't have the look for the kinda gritty angst that Max should have. I was hoping for someone more like Timothy Olyphant, but now that I'm remembering he was in Hitman I can kinda see why they wouldn't cast him

hmm, is max payne in book form? that would be great.

I kinda think the actor that did punisher would be good for the role... Thomas Jane

I just hope all these flying "things" are part of his drug dreams. I recognized some parts from the game though, so not all hope is lost
Notice any grammar or spelling mistakes? Feel free to correct me! Thanks

This most certainly does not appear to be an Uwe Boll attempt.

i think the angel wil be part of a nightmare orso.
max had alot of them in the games and i gues they will try to put them in the movie.

Further one of the main bosses (the guy that was into satan) kept going on about angels.

The beasts are supposedly part of his painkiller induced nightmares, it might work, all I hope is it gives enough boost to the franchise to make a third game...

first of all, mark wahlberg ? WTF!
and mila kunis doesnt even look like mona.
the Valkyrie's are just hallucinations but still, they are total overkill in my opinion.
the movie got potential though, considering they are going by the game.

100 percent agree with you. T. Jane's face is the first thing popped up in my mind when I first heard about the movie.

looks to me like a movie with potential to be good, but they dont seem to stick closely to the game, so aslong as you dont expect it to be the game it can turn out good.

Michael Madsen should of been cast as Max Payne.

Wahlberg is all good, in his own respect.
But he isn't a pill guzzling, whiskey drinking bad ass that is Max Payne.

    This film will be painful.
