I'll take some later this week. I can boot at 4.6 but crashes in benches. I was working on a memory oc and out ac went out so gotta wait for that to get fixed now because my house is about 92 lol.

    What cooler are you using?
Any temperature headroom to be made? (Considering the 92F room temp, you have some room!)
    You must [not] advance.

    Current Rig: i7 4790k @ stock (**** TIM!) , Zotac GTX 1080 WC'd 2214mhz core / 5528mhz Mem, Asus z-97 Deluxe

Custom loop. I booted at 4.6 and got 1/2 a cinebench run done before a crash so i backed off 4.5 then the ac went out. Temp wise 4.6 was "ok"
i was running 78c in cinebench after a few hours of running the system at 4.3-4.4 so the loop was warm. So i think i can pull 4.6 off depending on the voltage i need to add to get it stable. I'll work more on it this weekend part for the AC will be here tomorrow so Sunday should be back to 68 deg and i can start to run more benchmarks.

Since its hot in this room. i just did a short bench. Could be higher i gotta tweak the memory and get faster memory because im only at 3300 on this 3000 but i gotta run 4 sticks for the rgb glory. I'll end up picking up some faster stuff this weekend so i can let this cpuz stretch its legs.

But heres a cpuz bench "lol" of the 3900x firing one across the bow of my i9 9900k at 5ghz. When i seen this i literally said "damn" Good job AMD. I dont think we could handle these things if they hit 5ghz. the numbers they would pull would just be insane.

    Edit

Forgot. Loop is a custom overkill loop. dual 360 rads and all that. Redid the mount to get better placement for the waterblock so the cores are in the center of the block. Dont think that did anything. 2c drop idle and 3c load. Could be a mount or thermal paste but i was bored at work and decided to machine up a mount to move that block.
