Problem is that I can not get more CrossFire bridge extending from 1 to 3 slot

Question: Does anyone know how the PCIe slots are configured (i.e. x16/x16/x8/x8)?
On E760 the first pci slot is 16x the 2nd is 8x the 3rd is 16x and the 4th is 8x
I have the following set up
Classified 760 with EK full water block
BIOS 61J
CPU cooled by TEC chilled water
ATI 5870
3 x 2 GB Perfect Storm CAS 8 2000 MHz
I can get to 21x 218 without too much trouble, see link below for voltages etc:

However, I cannot get BCLK 219 to work - Eleet will just freeze if I set that value using the above voltages, or the board will not post if I set 219 in the BIOS. Upping IOH to 1.35 volts will allow 219, but 220 is no-no even at IOH 1.500 (!!). Upping QPI PLL makes no difference. PCIe frequency doesn't seem to make any difference either.
The very same CPU easily got to BCLK 224 with minimal voltage changes and PCIe 101 on the vanilla EVGA X58 board (a 758, which sadly died after a few days although I did get a full refund). So its not the CPU.
Anyone have any ideas?

CPU impedance = less, IOH and QPI PLL to keep synchronously, decrease cpu and ioh pll to 1.5V, increase vtt...

I'd guess the latest one.
I see many of you are running the classified with the intel G2 ssd. Anyone of you have/had any issues running the ssd in AHCI mode? I tried installing win 7 x64 a couple of times, all of them whenever i turned off the pc next reboot i had disk boot failure. I could see the drive in bios but i couldnt boot OS. I tried IDE and it works perfect, but since i saw some performance decrease i would like to know if there is a solution to this.
