    Nice CPU!

My 8400 is not that good. 1.65V about 4.7GHz 3D, 4.9GHz 1M. Even the 9650 I had is better, but thats life

Yes..these chips are screeming for better cooling. But i need more FSB. My board do 570fsb benchstable, so i need to mod it before i can go with better cooling

    Impressive...
Im looking VERY much forwards to receiving my E8500 ES(isnt even ordered, delayed by... ), seeing these E8400 going at such speeds, Im getting a VapoLS next weekend, tired of the Mach II mounting... (tho' its very fine tuned with R404a)

Kenneth, can you recommend any boards, or is it not worth considering strichtly ? Im on a very low budget, and have a very neat pair of DDR3 2x1GB kit... Will the 700kr. Gigabyte combo board do fine...? (have another board for benching, but not mine... Teaming up this time)

Ohh, one more thing, care to help me out a bit..? Phone/MSN or such..? Im counting on George helping me a bit, I need a memtool..
    - I'd really like your help, experience wise, with reg-tweaking...

    EDIT:
Kenneth, move on to DDR3.... If needed, you can borrow mine, its not D9GTS, but D9GTR, but they should do quite fine...

Not bad for a chip that's gonna cost less than 200 bucks!

Personally, i'd go with E8500, just in case i't won't reach as high busspeeds as this one.

Thanks for sharing, i'm really looking forward to the release of affordable 45nm chips!

Well, I might have bad contacts, but, I've heard 450$ when I asked half a month ago... But being on top is expensive...
