Thanks! I was just crawling for a bit of the last two days. The only issue I found was the router was getting really hot. So maybe when I add some cooling to the router I will "crawl" full force.

Been there Try putting a fan on it or if you really feel like DIY-ing, cut it open and slap a heatsink on it. Thanks for coming back

A heatsink and dd-wrt are the next mods I plan on doing. I already have some small heatsinks but don't know how to attach them to the router's cpu.

dd-wrt will be a big improvement for the heat, I usually find the hottest exposed spot after it's been on for a while and slap it on there. Good luck!

I already have Tomato firmware on it. The only advantage to DD-WRT is overclocking the CPU but I'm not sure if that's needed.

There's been some impressive numbers coming from this Team over the last period. Welcome to all new, and I must say it's enjoyable to watch.

Unfortunately my crunch machine seems to have died after a week of being offline.. need to strip it down and see whats wrong.

Apologies for not being around also.. my power bill went up a fair bit and I dont know why so cutting off what I know runs most (my crunch box is 24/7 as you all know).

However, in recompense, I offer this fabulously awesome photo of me sporting some Alex goodies.

On that note, i cant seem to run more than 2 buckets at once on this box with similar settings. Its being annoying! Ill restart for now and tweak slightly but my core2 should do more than the 6000.

Haha, I really wish I could guys. I can tell you right now that if I started running MJ12 on the router we have, it would probably explode. Once I get my brother back his computer, I can use my old one as a pfsense machine and things will work well. Soon, I hope

Believe me movieman, one more computer would solve all these problems. As a college student, chipping in as much as I can for tuition, I really cannot justify paying to build a whole new computer. I think if I can get a new socket 939 motherboard, that will solve most or all of my issues.
