    Crucial Ballistix Blue Tracer DDR3 3x2GB 1600Mhz

While this is an extreme section, and I do not perform some of the extended tests you guys often do here, I do think my review on this kit may be interesting to some readers.

So just thought I would post a few of my max results with this kit and a link to my review. And no this is not meant as spam, I am simply sharing my findings and thoughts about this kit.

I Hope you enjoy my findings

Highest memory speeds obtained within acceptable voltage and timing ranges.

Keep in mind these reviews were orientated towards helping Gigabyte users, as that is what I do all day

Have you tried the 6GB kits? Just wondered how well 3GB clocked compared to 6GB, but have not grabbed a set yet

Looks to be about similar though right?

Hello Lsdmeasap thx u for test Crucial Ballistix Blue Tracer DDR3 3x2GB 1600Mhz . To Russia such memory seldom reaches . I have spent a lot of time for searches information about Crucial Ballistix Tracer, and find )))
At me such question in what a difference a memory difference in the review and my memory?

I cannot achieve work in any way (and even to start a computer) on CAS 9-9-9-24 2000Mhz (memory multiplier x10), Raised vdram to 1.8 but no effect (the minor timings did not touch).

im confused with the current ballistics tracer kits. What is the difference between the red, blue, green, and black kits because from what Ive seen they all seem to cost about the same in each binning class.

I didnt read your review but you should add how the vdimm scales. in your 1st post. What vdimm was used for the most part?

I am not sure why our reviews differ? Maybe due to our knowledge differences, or the boards used for the reviews? Did you go read my full review, I showed what settings are used for each speed.

Ohh, I see you are asking about model # as well. Not sure why yours differ from mine, but from your SPD tables it looks like the timings also differ so it looks to me like a different kit altogether.

The kits are all the same, just different colors for user choice. The black ones may be different, not sure, but I know the colored ones are all the same just different colored PCB, LED, ect.

I linked the full review for just that reason, I really didn't know I could post a full review in this section when I made this post so that's why I did not. Now I know I can, so I will next time around. Check out the full review, you will find the info you are looking for,

about 1.72-1.76, but the advantage of it won't be in comparison with 8-8-8. For ddr3 Better it is more Mhz rather than low timings.

    Results everest memory benchmark

Ya, about 1.72v for 777-x timings sounds good, it all depends on your uncore though, how much QPI/Vtt you are using, and how good your IMC is.

Your images above show 777 beating 888, which sounds correct to me.
