    Help with WCG stats sig?

I just started WCG & I'd like to display the stats in my sig just to keep track of what I'm doing.

I've tried multiple times now to utilize the instructions that are within the pinned thread to no avail.

Can somebody dumb the instructions down for me & my fellow 40+ aged members that haven't been able to figure it out?

    Thank you very much!

Welcome to the team! I'll try to help, i did it a long time ago!

    register here:
    http://www.free-dc.org/forum/

then login to the forums, checking the "remember me" box (it needs the cookies for the statsconfig to work)

    Then go here:
    http://stats.free-dc.org/stats.php?p...=8674&offset=1

Browse the pages using the "next" button in the top right, and find and click on yourself.

Look in the url, the number at the end is your BoincWCG ID#. For example, the url I saw was:

    http://stats.free-dc.org/stats.php?p...cg&name=385155

    So my ID# is 385155.

    Now Go here:
    http://stats.free-dc.org/stats.php?page=statstool

And check the "Boinc WCG" box, and put your ID# into the field. Go to the bottom, set team to XtremeSystems, click the update button on the top.

Now, the image for your sig will be:

    http://stats4.free-dc.org/tag.php?name=YOUR FORUM USERNAME

Since i registered on the freedc forums as "kevinbo03", my sig's image is:
    http://stats4.free-dc.org/tag.php?name=kevinbo03

or, when wrapped in IMG tags:

I should clean this up and have someone update the sticky as freedc has changed in the past year.

I believe it was your instructions that baffled me previously. These sound more consise and easier to follow.
I'll give it a try when I'm back at my PC. Thank You!!!!

in Boinc Manager, go into Advanced -> Preferences and set cpu usage to 100 and it will stay at 100%. if you set it at say 50%, Boinc will work for 1/2 a second and rest the other half a second
