Opp, you like the Gigabyte better than the DFI??? I know that they don't have a 940 out yet, but how's the quality/feel of the Gigabyte?

I hate the Giga compared to the DFI, the DFI is very solid and easy to clock.

I guess those people can shut their mouth that complain the only way to be on top is to have beta and pre-released boards.

Oh yea that is one sick score.

I'd imagine it's going to take quite a bit more to break 40k, though. Look at the clocks on the GPU... geez. 801mhz core? That's awesome.

Great job, OPP. Keep it up!

the question is HOW much more? we just need a good s939 mobo, have you notice OPP has over 100MHz higher cpu clocks and higher fsb on his dfi for s754? whats 100MHz of cpu power worth? 800 marks? I know around that since my friend eshbash gained 1k marks with 100MHz cpu clocks and 10fsb higher. 40k is not that far off honestly

OPP do you play any games on your comp? If i owned a computer that fast thats all i would do, not compare numbers on a program. Im just concerned with how fast my machine runs not numbers on 3dmarks or any of the benchies. Dont start a war cause you care about 3dmark and stuff please

ya, and he dropped the memory down 10mhz from his last test, and lost a little bit from his last run in nature.

but hey, it obviously works, so no doubting it

    good score opp.

Very impressive OPP, what do you think you can hit with 800MHz on the core and the 3700+/DFI ?

The FX system really got lobby up from the 754, then the increased gpu just added the PC ICEing on the cake , what a nice increase.

Fantastic video card you have there, don't hit it with a hammer by mistake

Have you got any weak links in the system, something you'd wish you could improve ?

    Regards

    Andy

PS With that video card why no 3dmark03 ?
