I whould say 3.6V safe for 24/7 w/ resonnable cooling....
And do you have the 250FSB wall?
I don't think there is a wall. 250 is 3.5ghz i think my max on stock air.
But I've heard that sometimes they even go to 270FSB.
I just hope I dont have that wall on mine.....
I didn't even know it's possible for ch-5 to do 250 at 2-2-2-5...
my XMS3200LL did do 240.

My CH-5 CANNOT do 2-2-2 timings. Even @ 2.9V it doesn't do 200 FSB.

Actually ivan with the newer batches of CH-5 Thats no longer true. Theres a couple screenshots of 2-2-2 at something like 230. It takes a lot of voltage though, something like 3.3 or more.
Edit, sorry didn't notice the my at the start of your sentence.

wow I need to get some of that ch5 ram thatll own bh5! mine isnt too bad, 220fsb at 2-2-3-11 at 3 volts(cant go lower, dont want to reverse the mod) I can do up to 3.25v on my nf7-s whats the odds of me getting some corsair value for 240+ fsb at 2-2-2-11 dual channel goodness?

stestan: The wall is that it CANT pass 250FSB not MHz. ex: Like that they cant do 250FSB at 185MHz....
But my CH5 are new and can do AT LEAST 236MHz, 2-2-2-6, 3.2V
But I dunno about the wall(CPU was maxed out). Now I have my 2.4C M0 and vid card so I can test it in 2-3 days....
skate, the 250 FSB "wall" is only on intel systems
But stestan is an Intel
but Illicit Tweakin isnt
I think theyres no XP CH5 wall coze they cant go up to 250FSB
Here is my Ch-5
It was bought in early 2003, think the date is 0309.
This is at 3.2v and in my dfi.
I do seem to have a 250 wall.
i dont think all BH-5 will. my Corsair has a hard time staying at 260 with 3.6v.Originally posted by QuadDamage

that stick of 3200LL CH-5 i had seemed to perform almost the same as the 3500C2 BH-5 stuff i got now. both take about 2.8/9v to get to 220 tight, 3.1v for 230 and 3.3v for 240. i didnt have any Vmods with the CH-5 though. it may have done 250 with some more volts.

dunno if thye use active cooling lol
freind of mine had them running pretty nice on 3.4v, and then woke up one day....DEAD. CH-5 cannot handle voltage as well as BH-5. just remember that and be careful unless you could care less

I've got some CH5 that did 240 11-2-2-2 @ 3.3v
I didn't try further...
I now have a locked Barton that won't "even" do 11.5x240 lol
I hit the wall with the cpu @ 11.5x229
Anyway, now running the memory 24/7 @ 3.3v no problems whatsoever
