Actually GT1 is the only score that makes sense. I did a multi compare with both or the top 2 6800U scores and it just doesn't make much sense.Originally posted by sierra_bound

We know it's bugged to hell and back. It's a watercooled GPU and a XE cooled cpu.

Good luck, i dont think there is a full screen shot of super pi and his last fx53Originally posted by mg84

can u make a run with SuperPi and your new hw (a8v & fx53 939) at max stable-speed if it's not a problem?

Ya, it's too bad. That 6800 Ultra is a superfast card (as is) and they need to deliver drivers that disable that silly null PS 1 and 2 option.
Gonna get an X800 XT when I can.

Oh, a screenie...thought you mean't 3D benches.
Also, I could be wrong but I don't think his stock A8V does 1.808v on the CPU. He shows a screenie with that voltage.

That's true. We already saw that Shimano get 20k+ already with the null ps options.Originally posted by wkmgt

I would guess the only way to work out the null shaders cheat is to see if selecting this option varies the ratio of GT2 and GT3 ( DX8, similar technique used but GT3 is more polygons ) to GT4 ( DX9 ) If the ratio of the first two games varies to the last when using null shaders and not then this will be a good test.
Otherwise you are reliant on rig info or a patch to come out.
Can someone with a 6800 run with shaders and null shaders and see if there is a noticable fluctuation ?

I'm getting onto ATI soon as I get a card, sux to be racing with the cheaters. Just null PS and a 560/1250 run =
Throttling on some tests but how about 35.4K Intel 2k1 score with 362fps Nature? I can crack 36K with Intel and PS nulling.

Don't worry the score will come off in a few hours time.
You can't really be sure who's cheating as GTs1 to 4 get boosts, but usually GT1s are quite low as these cheaters simply do not have the system power.

oh another reason not to like nvidia looks like there may need to be a new patch for both 2001 and 2003. also it will be much harder to detect bogus 2001 scores than 2003, but take any high nature fps in 2001 with a truck of salt

Well that is the best reason for an overclocker to buy an FX-53 and S939 combo. The stock CPU core volts are good. Does it get those volts with a release BIOS or do you need the beta? What about the VDIMM?Originally posted by mdzcpa
Max voltage on the unmodded A8V is 1.8v, and it overvolts. I see over 1.8v regularly on the same unmodded mobo.
All the official and beta BIOSes support the 1.8v, and all produce the same overvolt.
Vdimm is 2.8v max in all BIOSes...again with a small overvolt.
