XS widget...

hmm, this is something that would be awsome to have...widget for dashboard showing latest posts and news on XS...would anyone be able to make it or lead me in the right direction for making one?

It's really more photoshop and CSS than anything. A little javascript/html coding but nothing too drastic, Apple has a great tutorial site with some sample code that helps a bunch. I could make one for XS when I find some time next week (spring break). All I would need is some hi-res photos/gfx to work with. The only thing is that I only know how to get it to work with one feed. It sounds like you want it to handle two, the latest news and the latest forum posts. I might be able to fiddle around with it and get it to simultaneously display both feeds or have an option to select between feeds..
