OC masters help me solve this weird issue with my dfi nf3. Keeps dying on me.

Hi!
Ok here is the story. Got a DFI NF3 for a long time and it was great. When up to 300FSB ocing my XBLs. Then moved to BH5 (OCZ 4000) got a new Powerstream 520 and a scythe Ninja. Things got even better! Then one day, I got this long beep loop. My pc wouldnt boot. I discovered that by pushing the Ninja down a little bit (not towards the CPU but down towards the floor) I could get it to boot again. I had to put a small object between the top of the Ninja and the case's frame in order to boot all the time. After a while it stopped working all together. I tried everything possible from new memory to different PS and nothing. I RMAed it to DFI and got it back yesterday. Tried it at stock and all was good. Tried a small OC at 250FSB and fine but then at about 20 to 30 mins my pc froze. I tried booting up and the damn long beep loop showed up again!!! I assume that there is some weak component in my dfi that wont take the Overclock and is killing the mobo eveytime I OC. Then again, I didnt try stock speed to long either.
Right now I decided to try pushin down on the Ninja again and it worked! I am really confused on whats going on here. According to most people the long beep is memory related so why does pushing down on the Ninja helps?
Pleas help

PS I am well experienced on computers and OCing but this has me totally confused.

Perhaps your CPU is not seated properly? Or the socket is being ripped out of the mobo under the weight of the Ninja?

I thought the same but that will mean that placing my PC horizontally will prevent that problem but it wont. And on top of that, it will make more sense if I have to push up on the ninja not down.

Did you take off the ninja an examine things closely?
