Need help figuring out if my system will run with this PSU

My friend got a 300watt sparcle psu powering the following components:

Some old gigabyte pentium 4 mobo
P4 Northwood 2.4ghz that has a 75watt rating
2x 256mb crappy DDR ram
a 9200se right now
2x HDDS, one 160gb and another 120gig
A dvd rom
2 crappy fans
old floppy drive

What he wants to do is change his 9200se to a 6600gt. We are wondering if the system will work at all. No OC whatsoever. The ratings on the psu are as follows:
12V - 15A
5V - 30A
3.3V - 28A

We really gotta find out if this psu will run the 6600gt or not. We were planning to go and buy it in about 12 hours so we really gotta know this. I think it'll be ok but not completely sure sincew the BFG website says 350 min but they say a lot of outrageous things so I decided to ask just to make sure. Thx.

It might do 300 if it is a good quality power supply but I would not risk it and get a 350-400 watt psu.

The only real way to know is to try. Pop it in there and see what happens.
