What this CPU?

What is this CPU?. It is mPGA-478.But cpuz is mPGA 604.

. Hard to find Mainboard to run it.

Maybe just a xeon ES thats not properly recognised?
From the numbers it looks like a ..I take that back, I'm confused and I play with xeons all the time. I can't figure this one out!
