Major problem...

Ever since I got myself a second 74 gig raptor and put the two of them in raid zero i have been having starnge problems with all my games. After I play any game for about 30 min I get random horrible slowdowns(2-3sec in duration) every 20 sec or so that get me to about 1 fps. The frequency of the slowdowns increases with time. I have no idea whats wrong since I reinstalled windows twice... the only thing different in the whole comp is the second raptor. I didnt remount anything so it cant be my vcard or cpu throttling although it sure looks like it. Cpu is a 3800+ X2 @ 2.6ghz@1.48volts at 37C max load. Video card is 7800gtx xfx 490/1300 stock everything... Mobo is DFI NF4 Ultra d. Could something wrong with the raid controller thats on the board be causing this? I ran dual prime, one blend one large ftt for 6 hours now and they both pass so cpu and mem is stable. Now going to loop 3d05 for a few hours to check if its my gtx. Any ideas whats causinig this?

EDIT: PSU is PC Power and Cooling 510 Deluxe

THe Drives are getting too hot, get more space between them and put some fans on them..
