Are 31CFM enough to cool down OCZ PC4000VX at 3.5v or more?

Hi!
Thats the amount of air my 2x40mm right over the the ram slots deliver (31cfm). According to GEIL thats enough so I assume OCZ should be the same. I asked them and they say it was but I wanted to hear from user experiences. Besides that my case is a tornado of airflow thanks to my Scythe Ninja and its Delta 120mm fan at 150CFM plus around 8 other fans working to maximize air flow.
Regards

That's fine. I don't even hook my fans up to a CFM meter. I just drop a regular 80MM or two on the memory and assume it's fine. It's never given me a problem and my sticks are essentially ambient.

3.5V is nothing, small fans will be fine for that.

Where did you buy your CFM meter? I'm kind of interested in purchasing one.

Actually I dont have a CFM but I bought my fans at Sidewinder.com and the Deltas are very accurate with their CFM rating unlike most brands. Trust me thise 150CFM Delta feels like a tornado...I knew it was going to be fast (and loud) but not that fast. I just wonder how that 220CFM one should feel! I wanted that one but I wanted to stay at 1amp (12v).

I have two of those 3 amp deltas. They blow on my condenser, push/pull style.

They arn't too loud, about the volume of a large box fan on high. (I broke my dB meter so I don't have exact numbers)

Maybe I will buy one for my CPU in the future just to see what difference it makes. I which the deltas came in different colors or with leds :-)
