Best microATX mobo?

What is the best sockets 939 microATX mobo out right now? I'll be using a 3800 X2 in it. I've read some reviews and it seems like they cant really adjust voltage for cpu... I absolutely need that (who doesnt) as I am planning to OC. The board has to eb agp as well since I want to use my old x800xtpe.

I would say MSI rs480, but that's PCI-e.

Are there even AGP s939 matx boards (With decent chipsets)? I only see the ASUS A8V-MX...

The best OC for a micro-atx at the moment is Biostar.
MSI cuts too many options off their microboards to be good overclockers...

Kind of off topic but why not just get an Opteron 165. You are losing 200Mhz on each core but gaining 512kb L2 cache on each core. Besides that even with a crappy motherboard you should be able to squeeze out an extra 200Mhz.

Here in the US the Opteron 165 is $25-$50 cheaper too.

I think he means he wants to put his current CPU in it.. I assume he is getting a new Cpu soon for his main board.

I gathered he was picking up a A64 X2 3800+. Guess we need some more clarification.

well first off its my friend thats buying the board I am just asking for help here. And opteron would indeed be better but you can't really get good prices on those in canada so it will be more expensive. He will only mildly oc anyways since he wont have uber cooling. Under mild oc the cpus are almost the same... TT Big Typhoon wont even fit, will it?

Why does it need to be a mATX board? Is it going into a Shuttle style system of some sort?
Newegg only has two AGP mATX boards, take your pick.
AGP mATX boards

If you go to PCI Express you have 11 choices.
PCI-e mATX boards

I have two of those and I love them. But they cannot overclock at all, no BIOS settings!
