highest 2.8ns?

im wondering what the highest speed someone have got 2.8ns ram that sit on 9800pro cards is?
and with what voltage?
is it possibly to get like 900mhz (450) out of them with like 3.4v?

U 'd need 2 b very lucky =) & I dont think the ram ll like that high volts
Make a look on ORB & look on the details of 9800pro/XT runs

Mine 2.8ns samsung on 9800pro can doaround 425 with 3V artifact free.
For benching 435 with 3V.

okey i read somewhere that 3.6v is max with heatsinks on memory

Big heatsinks and massive airflow over them and they can handle 3.4V.

Yeah, that should be fine with some airflow over memory.
My 9800pro runs for 24/7 with gpu@1.85V, mem@3V.

lol know, i dont know where i read that but i think it was 3.2v max without heatsinks and 3.6v with heatsinks, that was ust max bench
