Clockgen screwy and issues with Winny OCing

Hokay, for a while clockgen worked just fine. Now whenever I open it all the numbers are maxxed (when I hit detect frequencies) and I can only move the slider in increments of 70mhz, naturallly all changes freeze. Yes, I've tried re'dling clockgen and such

Second issue; when clockgen worked, using RAM dividers, I could hit 305x9 for a screenie and 290x9 was on the over under just fine. As mentioned Clockgen is screwy but in the BIOS anything above 235x9 wont boot. What gives? I've tried every divider setting and loosened RAM timings frm 2-3-2-7 T1 to 2.5-3-3-8 T2. Also CPU volltage is the same as ever.

So if anyone has a clue whats up I'd really appreciate the help. This Neo 2 + Winny combo is really pissing me off, some days it's looking pretty sweet then BAM

Are you locking AGP (PCI) frequency? Set it on 67 MHz, because it is strange that dont boot at 235x9
