Question Advice Needed - What's the best Tras setting?

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the best tRas setting is for OCZ VX on a K8N Neo2 with FX-55?...

At the moment I'm running 2-2-2 with tRas of 5, is the lowest always the best?...

or should I try 7, 10 or something else?...

Cinders.

Sometimes it's the best somes times not, the nForce3 boards and nForce2 boards liked 11, but the nForce4 boards liked 6/7/8 the best.
