memory voltage issue or doubleside ram issue/bh-5/k8ns-Ultra

i dont know but my last 2 gigabyte mobos both have some issue (I think)with doublesided ram on my old 754 it wouldnt run 2x512 at 1T if it was double sided but would run 2t up to 220mhz.......single sided would go to 240.

now with 939 (2x512) i can run 1T but still only up to 220......225 and 230 lock up at windows welcome.......2x256 will run up to 255mhz 1T

timings are 10,11,2,2,5,2,2,1,1.........these are both sets of bh-5 getting 3.3v.....2x512 of Kingston and 2x256 of corsair

does anyone else have issue with running doublesided memory on 939.......do you think 3.3v is not enough for 1gig bh-5 to hit 230-240mhz??........let me see what it does in single stick thats one thing Ive never tried because I want to run dual channel but Ill check to see what the ram does on single.

***EDIT*** just tried each double sided stick at 238mhz seperatly and it locked up in windows once the curser appeared!
