300htt 1/1 on K8NS-Ultra 939
hey guys whats up just got some results on this I posted a question in another thread but I dont think anyone answered anyway I figured out this mobo if anyone is interested
so the problem was that what I thought was ras in the bios was not..... so I was changing the wrong setting and they were actually 3,4,2,8 instead of 3,4,4,8......it was trp that I was suppose to change but I was changing trrd instead since it was the next one down from cas that used a small denomination.......I know I know user error [sad] but Ive never ever used loose timings......and I mean ever I always used BH-5 or CH-5 with high voltage and tight timings.........anyway all cleared up.
mobo......... K8NS-ultra with f2 bios
memory..... Mushkin 2x256 level2 V2 2,2,2,5
cpu............ winchester 3200 939
memory is getting what I guess is 2.85 volts as the bios only shows +.1 +.2 so??

as you can see the cpu speed really makes a difference.......Ill be testing more today and tonight to see if I can lower the timings.......this memory feels real strong and to tell you the truth I think itll keep going but the mobo maxes out at 300 310 gives me a reboot right before windows and that was with a light cpu/memory overclock (5/6) so who knows?? right now Im running 260x10 becuse thats my cpu sweetspot so far as all I got on this mobo is 1.7v and it only showing as 1.64v so its undervolting

You should not have used a half multiplier. Try again with a full multi, like 8 and you ram will be running 1:1 then . Ram does not run 1:1 with half multies on A64/FX's.
