I may scale a bit better though, you never know. 4-4.2ghz is where they start to scale poorly.

He was never banned. His thread was removed because it looked like he was trying to sell outside the sale section.

Ok here is the deal. I will take a break for today, spend some time with my wife and tomorrow I will put the chip back in and with a few guys help here try to clock it up a bit and see how it does.
I am not going to crazy with it.
It need to find the person that needs it and knows what to do with it.
I am not that one!!
I must also say I lost my best friend of 34 years of friendship yesterday, so I am not 100%. He will sadly missed! He was my oldest and dearest friend

That is correct. I was not banned. I got a point struck against my record and was told I could not talk about my chip for any reason. I asked and apologized for letting things get out of hand. I never had any idea that things would get so crazy and I was caught up in it and lost my head. Some ask why I let it get to me, they say it just some people in a forum. Not to me. I lost my cool and my honor. For the first I am sorry for the 2nd for that I have been redeemed by the people that believed in me and by people that did not even know me. I do and did believe that what happen was too harsh and should have received a warning as I am a member of 4 years and spend most of my time here learning not posting. So some that felt the same came to my defense. Thanks to the good People that fought for me when I could not. My silence was making me look even more guilty. That was a crazy day and things went wrong but now that is behind me now. As they say what don't kill you make you stronger. I don't hold it against the group as I hope they do not hold my error against me.

What you don't get is the chips you have there are great chips, but there are 1000s of just like them. We know of just 2 of these and it may be the only 2 that ever are seen. Intel canned the release. See I could buy a chip like yours tomorrow you can't buy one like mine, maybe ever!!
I also can't remember but I think I hit 4.0 at 1.1 and for me that was the lowest setting my bios had. It was late in that morning but I will be re-doing my testing as well. It was done in hast because I was pressed for Proof and I was under fire for it. I may wait a bit too and put it in a P45 board the X38 may not be the best board, but it was what had in a pinch. I would think the latest bios should be a good start as well or the best new bios.
But in the end having what could be the rarest chip on the planet is way cool and some think that may be enough. Rarity and value go hand and hand.
This chip was the one that rocked the whole Tech world. You could say it got its picture on the cover of the Rolling Stone in a sense Its World Famous
Don't you think that makes it special in any way. Where is your geek spirit?
