Me. ~7 hours per day during the week and at least a few hours during the weekend. Cisco network equipment pretty well still requires it (or a USB adapter, but COM ports never have driver or software issues). I also have a home theater receiver with a serial port on the back I would love to tinker with but never have the time for.

Aside from networking, some electronics work, and some home automation (much of which could be with with USB adapters) I can't think of any other reasons. I will accept though that we are in the vast minority on this.

Turbo Key is all well and good for the novice but is there any chance you can make these have a slightly more OC friendly BIOS that the M4A78-EM. I'm not expecting a Crosshair/Rampage style BIOS but no OC Profile option makes Gigabyte's budget AM2/3 boards look more appealing and three voltage steps is just plain lazy.

Also any idea where the FSB will top out on these? Will it be better than 272MHz?

780L?

785G packs a 4200 onboard, this is a 3000 but with SB710. However, 785G is cheap as buggery.

Somebody like to explain why this board is better than other series on the market?

Rebranding!!! I presume ASUS is trying to copy NvidiaŽs moves. They have similar boards in the market with less features and 780G is an old chip. I have an M3A78-EM in my HTPC the only difference when compared to these new boards are tubor key and blue coloured heatsinks and pci slots. I will pick any 785G board be4 giving these a second thot.
