It's been a very hectic past few days but now it's all over and I have some time to relax and share some experiences with you.
For those looking for more indepth content I highly refer you here >>> http://ln2cooling.com/OC_Events/Michigan_OC_1.html
This post will be just a summary of the event with some screens and pics of what I thought were highlights of the event.
I would like to state that we had so much to do and so little time that a shotgun approach was taken and in no way were any benches tweaked for the best results possible.....Quantity over quality.
I might add single card 5970 results were a tad dissapointing on day 1 due to needing an updated bios to allow the cards to work with catalyst control center, etc the cards were run with a driver installed only. We had no time to rerun them.
Special thanks to our sponsors Ln2cooling.com, AMD, Gigabyte, and PC Power & Cooling ( division of OCZ )
Board prep, a little prevention goes a long way.
Hardware.
Frost Sculptures.
Benching.
And a few of the results that I was happy with given the short amount of time.
2D
3D
I belive this is a new Vantage record for AMD......
That about sums it up, I urge you to check out the link at the top of post as there alot more pictures and results and details of the event.
Once again special thanks goes out to AMD, Gigabyte, and OCZ and a big thanks to Aaron Schradin of www.ln2cooling.com for putting up with me and taking the time to perfect pots with my feedback that were almost perfect to begin with..

Great results Chew
Where's 32M ? (ignore, just have seen the last post in other thread )
"Most Individuals In Room = 9 people and 1 cat"
The cat starts to be "must have" on sessions

I highly suggest going to the link, there are links to many many pictures of the event and those who were there.
32m is the UD5P's achilles heel so I didn't bother, there is a right tool for everything. I will use the right tool when the time comes
Cats are a must have on all bench sessions, just in case you epic fail you can blame the cat and static

Make sure you guys click on the ICE sculpture picture in the link
Tons of pics of it from various angles.......Probably the most memorable part of the event for me.
These are 2 of my fav shots.
Hopefully I can snag a valid next time around.

On Helum with a Crosshair that chip could be THE ONE. Of course, since it was just any chip to start out with, it appears that almost any chip has a good shot at being THE ONE.
Awesome. Headed over to LN2cooling.com now!
Been there, here's a direct link to the beauty shots!
