What water solution to use ?

Hi there this is my system http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F9V9rLnrNxw and I've been running fluid xp with z7 and the first Typhon III I had cracked.... I heard that it might be the fluid causing this. So I Rma'd the first res now im getting ready to put it back together and was wondering if you guys could point me into the right direction for a pt nuke / distilled water solution. I dont know where to purchase pt nuke or whatever its called so could you post me a link also I want to turn the water a UV blue like I got it now. Also could you give the right mixture in english measurements ... i.e. one teaspoon of nuke to 3 cups of water and where to buy the right blue dye that wont gunk up the system and how much to put into the water ....

You could purchase PTnuke from http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/ or http://www.petrastechshop.com/
For the blue one... its one drop for every liter and the clear one is 3-4 drops per liter. I cant recommend any dye since i dont use it. Why dont you go color tubing instead?

I have UV blue tubing but I want the water in the resevoir in the front of my pc to be UV blue.

Sadly I won't recommend anything that is added to the distilled water except PHN Nuke or a piece of silver as a biocide. There is lots of colored dyes and premade colored liquids. I won't use any of them.

wait.. fluid XP doesnt crack.

It coats til no tomorrow, but it wont crack.

IT doesnt have ethly glycol. It has something else which coats your stuff, thats why its biodegradable, and also non toxic.

But wise move on the distilled. Distilled is in its pure form is always the best. Anything you add ontop of it will hinder its performance.

Fluid XP is distilled + additives..

So you want to keep the distilled, but toss the additives.

I don't know about the die, but I could tell you something about the other stuff...I use pure distilled water and anti-algae additive for aquariums. I haven't changed then fluid for about two years now and it is still perfectly clean (at least it looks so in the reservoir). Have to mention that I have a large canister water filter in-line, though...

I use Distilled water and silver in my T3. As for getting your T3 to be blue, use the blue LEDs that came with it.
