Cooler Master V10 users I have some questions

hi!
I am thinking on getting one for $65 but I have two doubts.
First, I am not sure if it will be an improvement over my Mugen 2.
Second, I have read that the TEC kicks in at 70C which makes no sense for my Phenom 2 which at most have seen 55C I believe.
What do you guys think? Can you tweak when the TEC kicks in?
Thanks

I think you find it was an American that wrote what you read and his 70º is in fahrenheit (21ºC). That said it is still a bit low - The TEC actually operates 25ºC - 75ºC.

I don't have one so I won't elaborate further and since it is poor use of a TEC and a very small one at that I would never buy one so I will never be able to answer your question.

Well, that would not be too bad but all that I have read says it either sucks or it works fine but the TEC dies quickly so either way I am passing. :-)

I have been using the v10 for the past 1 month, coming from TRUE push-pull config, v10 gives atleast 3-4C better temp. even when air benching i7 @ 4.8Ghz. It comes with its own fans, and the price you are saying is a whole lot better than whats available in retail and almost equivalent to a TRUE, and with TRUE or something of that sort, you will have to put more money in additional fans as well. So I will say its not a bad deal......Oh and in my unit TEC kicks in @ 60C
