Radeon HD 4870, peltier with a cpu heatsink???

I have a 177watt peltier, a power supply to fully power it, and a 145watt heatsink that i will be putting a twice as powerful fan on, the heatsink also has heatpipes is a Phenom 2.5ghz heatsink. Now i was wondering if and how i could put this peltier on my asus radeon hd 4870 video card, so i can greatly overclock this, i already know very well about waterproofing and sealing peltiers, i'm just not sure on how to attach this heatsink on here? And before people go and say it, i do know that that peltier is going to put out more heat thann 177watts, but i am willing to put a monster fan on this heatsink noise is not a issue, but money is a huge issue. since i have no job to buy anything better than what i got. and i also do not mind doing something a little ghetto. and i won't be fully powering the peltier i'm gonna be giving it 13.4 volts at 25 amps instead of 15.5 volts that is rated for, and if need be for the amount of heat it produces i can get a lower volt setup

Do you have the copper plate to go between the peltier and the gpu? I believe you just want to make a sandwich, as tight as possible, so attaching it to the heatsink first so that you could queeze the peltier between a copper plate and the heatsink is the first order of business. Then you would need to figure out a mount to mount the whole thing to the video card on the gpu itself. I think there are a couple stickies that talk about this.
