New Chiller - Questions for Pro's

Hi guys ,

I'm building a Chiller for VGA loop and i need your help on a few Parts:

I had a Mini Fridge and i took from it the Compressor:

i Have ZEM GL 45 AG Compressor which is Equals to Danfos TLES4F / TLS4F .

Here are my questions:
1. Which Capillar Size and Length i need ?
2. Which Oil do i need ?
3. how much ml to buy ?

Thanks ,

I don't think that you are going to see the results that you are looking for with mini-fridge compressor. Those compressors are not made to run for extended periods of time and can burn out if run for too long. I you are wanting a compressor for this kind of use I would suggest to take one from a window AC unit or something along those lines. Hope this helps!!

This Chiller is just for Benchies - not for 24/7 .
It's a 1/8HP and should be enough for VGA Card .

I just need to know which Capillar to use and type and quanity of OIL to put .
I'll be using R507 with this compressor.
The Danfoss TLES4F is the equvivalent to my compressor -but can't find which oil and capilar .

Here's the PDF on TLES4F: http://www.ra.danfoss.com/TechnicalI...1_Cg42d302.pdf

1) TLES4F uses POE oil, you need to put 180ccm in it.
2) Start with 1.5m TC-31 cap tube
