Is this 5870 reference design?
Can anyone tell me if the DIAMOND 5870PE51G Radeon HD 5870 (Cypress XT) 1GB is using the reference design PCB before I do any purchases?

i don't believe any non-references cards are out yet...... usually takes then a couple months before they come out with non-ref.

Yes, right now the only 5870s out are reference design. I believe Vapor-X will be coming out from Sapphire soon, and won't be reference design... but right now the only cards are reference design cards.
