Here is the newest little guy I will try to get good quality pics sometime in the near future

parts just cut

stacked up

inside after brazing. yuck!

so i bead blasted the inside

cleaned up

here is the prototype mounting. Sheesh, when hdpe gets dirty it won't get clean! this guy is pretty rough because im stupid and am clamping from the outside (the only easy way to do it) so its not getting a finish pass, because... its not clamped down at that point! ill figure it out before too long though. im excited for these guys

Would be cheaper for you if you are planing on making a lot of them to have the mountings much lower.

I would much preffer mountings up top, that is my main complaint about vinces nb unit. It is so damn hard to screw it down. Cant beat the amazing price though.
